Now with the nature of this compound and kind of lack of long term data I do not like to push an insane dosage.
I typically will run this compound for 2-3 weeks MAX at 15mg to start then titrating up to 30mg for the final 2-3 weeks.
I will use this compound in the morning upon waking and often times pair it with L-Tyrosine and Huperzine A to help facilitate dopamine production.
When I am on it I also try my best to implement dopamine fasting which is the cutting out of highly dopaminergic activity, like watching tv, watching movies, music, etc. This is amazing at helping me regain my sensitivity.
Typically I will use 9-ME-BC after a heavy stimulant usage period. So maybe I was using alot of adderall, or modafinil, or caffeine and now I need 600mg of caffeine to feel anything. This is about the point where I say okay I need to use my 9-ME-BC. I definitely think it has application for Enhanced Lifters as well who are coming off cycles as alot of androgens can negatively impact your dopamine system.
