Okay so many people have found that THC gives them super bad anxiety. I was also one of those people until I found out about this protocol. I in a sense made it and since will not use weed until I have done the following things.
- Picking the right strain, I live in LA so I am constantly around tons and tons of weed. There is tons of strains I have tried. Typically indicas I have found as a whole are better when it comes to getting anxious. So that is better. I have also found that Delta 8 is very good for this if you can find quality delta 8.
- Setting the right scene, when it comes to weed I am very picky with who I smoke with, and where I smoke etc. I only will do it in environments that I feel comfortable in.
Pharmacology
- 50mg Etifoxine (my favorite gabaergic for lowering anxiety)
- 200mg L-Theanine
- 30mg Saffron
- 1g Taurine
With this pharmacology I have a much more enjoyable THC session!
