What I Personally Use at the First Sign of Getting Sick
When I start to feel cold or flu symptoms, the key is to act fast. The first 1–3 days are critical — this is when your body is still mounting its initial response, and rapid intervention can make a huge difference.
This is not a long-term protocol. It’s a short, intensive stack designed specifically for acute illness onset. While there are many other supplements and interventions I might use, this list focuses exclusively on peptides.
My 1–3 Day Acute Peptide Protocol
-
2 mg Thymosin Alpha-1 – taken at night (PM) to enhance immune modulation
-
1 mg Thymalin – taken in the morning (AM) to support immune system signaling and thymic regeneration
-
400 mg Glutathione (injected or IV) – to combat oxidative stress and support cellular detoxification
-
200 mcg Vilon – supports DNA repair and immune regulation
-
1 mg TB-500 – for anti-inflammatory support and tissue repair
-
500 mcg BPC-157 – promotes healing and reduces inflammation
-
3 IU Growth Hormone (GH) – taken to support regeneration and immune resilience
-
400 mcg Epitalon – taken before bed to aid recovery and cellular repair
Reminder: This stack is intended only for short-term use at the onset of illness, not for daily use or prevention. The faster you intervene, the more likely you are to shorten illness duration and reduce severity.
