DNSP-11 (Dopamine Peptide) Protocol & Review
Overview
As many of you know, I never stop talking about dopamine. Whether it’s 9-ME-BC or Bromantane, I’m always on the hunt for ways to optimize, repair, or enhance dopaminergic function. That’s why I was excited to experiment with DNSP-11, often referred to as “the dopamine peptide.”
What Is DNSP-11?
DNSP-11 is a peptide derived from GDNF (Glial Cell-Line Derived Neurotrophic Factor), a potent neurotrophic compound involved in the survival, maintenance, and regeneration of dopamine neurons.
-
GDNF has been studied for its effects on dopamine function and neuronal survival, particularly in neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson’s.
-
Early rat studies on DNSP-11 have shown enhanced dopamine release, improved neuronal viability, and stronger dopaminergic signaling.
-
These changes could have profound implications for individuals dealing with low dopamine tone, anhedonia, or cognitive fatigue.
My Protocol
DNSP-11 can be administered intranasally or via subcutaneous injection. For this experiment, I opted for subcutaneous use.
At the time of this protocol, I sourced it from Pure Rawz. While I can’t personally verify their quality, the compound appears to be active. (My previous preferred supplier has since shut down.)
Here’s what worked for me:
Week 1:
-
500 mcg per day, subcutaneously
Week 2–3 (if well tolerated):
-
1 mg per day, subcutaneously
-
I do not recommend exceeding 1 mg/day
This peptide has a short half-life, so multiple daily injections are possible, but I didn’t find it necessary. If you’re more conservative or new to the compound, simply halve the dosages above to gauge your response.
Stacking Recommendations
DNSP-11 stacks very well with other dopamine modulators such as:
-
Bromantane – for dopaminergic stimulation and fatigue resistance
-
9-ME-BC – for mitochondrial support and long-term dopamine enhancement
The synergy between these compounds can provide a potent neuroenhancement effect without overstimulation.
Final Thoughts
DNSP-11 has become one of my favorite additions to a dopamine-focused stack. It’s not a stimulant, but it supports the infrastructure behind dopamine production and signaling. Whether you’re struggling with motivation, recovery from burnout, or optimizing cognitive drive, this is one worth exploring.
Also worth noting: DNSP-11 is very effective in a nasal spray format for those who prefer not to inject.
