- 25mg Agomelatine
- 250mcg DSIP
- 300mcg Epitalon
- 3g Glycine
- 600mg Magnesium Bisglycinate
- 500mcg Melatonin
- 30mg CBD (oral)
- 25mg Zinc
- 3 IU GH
There is alot of other sleep medications you can use and take but this is an excellent stack to give a try to!
