Here is my protocol for BAM-15 weight loss.
- 50mg once per day (starting dosage to assess tolerance half life is very short with this compound)
- Once you know your response you can raise the dosage to 50mg 2-3 times per day as the half life is very short (total of 150mg per day)
- Over the course of the next weeks you can raise your dosage up to 300-400mg per day make sure to spread your dosage out throughout the day.
- Typically you will start to see side effects at the 400mg mark a bit.
I would run this for about 6-8 weeks before stopping.
BAM-15 pairs very well with many other fat burners to be honest I have no issues stacking it with anything!
