ATX-304 Protocol
With all the recent talk around the AMPK pathway, I wanted to share my current protocol for ATX-304. I’ve been running it alongside SLU-PP-332 and MOTS-C, and so far, the results have been solid.
ATX-304 is an AMPK activator that shows a wide range of potential benefits, including:

My Dosing Approach

Starting Dose: 50mg once daily in the morning before fasted cardio

Step 1 Bump: 50mg twice daily (100mg total) after confirming tolerance

Step 2 Bump: 50mg three times daily (150mg total) — this is where I’ve stopped for now
I personally found this range effective, especially when stacked with SLU-PP-332. It’s been very helpful in supporting fat metabolism and overall energy output.
Some people I know have gone beyond 150mg/day, and while that’s possible, I’ve preferred to stay at this ceiling until more data becomes available.
Takeaway
For most people, I think starting at 50mg once or twice daily is a reasonable entry point. From there, you can scale up depending on how you respond and what you’re stacking it with. I’ll continue to update this as more information and research become available.
