Adderall Mini Guide

Here is my mini guide for adderall. If you are choosing to use Adderall please browse this all the way through. I only recommend using IR as XR I feel lasts in the brain too long.

Dosing (I only reccomend using 3-4 times per week MAX with days off in between)

With IR you can redose throughout the day but I would keep the final dose around 5-6 hours pre bed

Beginner: 5-10mg per day

Intermediate: 15mg Per Day

Advanced: 20-30mg Per Day (Not generally recommended)

If you begin to notice you need more then 30mg per day then you need to take a tolerance break.

Precautions Before Using

Do not use unless you have

  • Clean Bloodwork
  • Clean EKG
  • Solid Mental State Before Using
  • Proper Finances To Buy Ancillaries and Bloodwork
  • Overweight
  • Blasting Gear (TRT is okay)
  • I also do not recommend using if you are not in the middle of an intense project or if you are using it to party or just get through your basic days.
  • Anxiety

Support Supplements With the Adderall (Take Everyday)

  • Have proper hormone levels
  • If you are on TRT use HCG with it or replace your neurosteroids in some capacity
  • L-Tyrosine 500mg per day
  • CDP Choline 1g Per Day
  • Bacopa 300mg Per Day
  • Alpha GPC 600mg Per Day
  • 1 Capsule of This Per Day Phosphatidylserine
  • Optional: Injectable Choline and Carnitine
  • Electrolytes and Proper Hydration
  • Some sort of Sigma 1 receptor agonist (personally I like fluvoxamine)

Nootropics To Supplement With Adderall Periodically (Take When You Feel Effects Are Lacking)

  • L-THP or Seroquel: Dopamine Blocker can help to regain sensitivity
  • 9-ME-BC: Can help to restore dopamine neurons
  • Cerebrolysin: Promotes Neurogenesis
  • Bromantane: Increasing L-Tyrosine Hydroxylase

Cardiovascular Support (Not needed, but should be taken if blood pressure creeps up)

  • 5-10mg Nebivolol (Beta Blocker)
  • 80mg Telmisartan can use with HCTZ to reduce water retention (this should be first line defense)
  • Ivabradine

Sleep Support (Can mix and match)

  • 400mg of Magnesium
  • 5mg Melatonin
  • 5mg Memantine (Pre bed)
  • If you really can not sleep I would reccomend having L-THP on hand this will directly help get you to sleep)
  • 3g Glycine
  • Optional: Agolmelatine (do not use with Fluvoxamine)
