2025 Offseason Bulking Sample Cycle

Offseason Growth Protocol – Advanced Users Only

For all of my guys looking to make serious progress this offseason, here’s a strong sample cycle that has worked well for many. As always, this won’t be ideal for everyone, but for advanced users, it’s a solid base to start from.


Start of Cycle – Foundation Phase

  • 200mg Testosterone Enanthate per week

    • Pin as frequently as possible for stability

  • 200mg Primobolan (or Masteron / EQ)

    • Choose based on your individual needs and estrogen response. Adjust ratios depending on how you metabolize aromatizable compounds.

  • 150mg NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate)

    • Great for joint health and anabolic synergy in the offseason

  • 3 IU Humalog pre-workout

  • 3 IU Humalog post-workout

    • Both paired with appropriate pre/post-workout carb and protein intake

  • 4 IU Growth Hormone before bed


Progressive Increases

As the cycle progresses:

  • Gradually titrate up your total androgen load to match your ability to recover and manage side effects

  • Slowly increase GH usage over time as tolerated


Advanced Phase – Mid to Late Cycle (Weeks 20–35)

For those who are tolerating the cycle well and seeing good progress:

  • Add 50mg Anadrol on lagging body part days for a strategic anabolic push

    • Avoid using it daily to reduce stress on the liver and improve training response specificity


End-of-Cycle Overview

By the end of this cycle (if executed properly), you should be:

  • At 1.5–2 grams total androgens per week

  • Using 6–7 IU of GH per day

  • Running the cycle for 25–35 weeks, depending on blood markers and biofeedback
