Injury Prevention Protocol

You can use this to help you heal injuries or to help you keep injuries at bay.

Here is what I do

  • GH: 3 IUs
  • BPC-157: 300mcg per day (can go up in dosage)
  • TB-500: 500mcg per day (can also go up in dosage)
  • 120mg of Pentosan Polysulphate pinned once per week
  • 200mcg of Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide Pre bed
  • 1ML of Joints of Steel from Modern Aminos

On this stack your body will feel amazing.  Make sure to also pair it with a good stretching routine, and diet, and you will see way less injuries.
