Here is my stack for deploying ketamine. I find ketamine to be a pretty interesting compound for helping open up my mind and give me new perspective on certain matters. I always pair it with meditation and do it in a comfortable safe space because whenever I use it I struggle to move around without falling down.
Starting dose 50mg (can work up to 100mg or even a bit more depending on your bodyweight but please start low)
I let it sit in my mouth under my tongue for about 30-45 minutes really as long as I can.
When it is sitting there I get some relaxing music turned on make sure I am comfortable and begin really focusing my mind on whatever issue I am facing. I tend to also journal during this time as I find it very therapeutic.
From there I just chill out and let the ketamine do its thing. I find that this experience is very enjoyable for me and relaxing. I do it on an empty stomach as well to make sure that I do not get nauseous. Sometimes it happens regardless.
I usually end the trip with smoking a blunt to really relax. If you do this I would clear out the rest of your day because your brain was still not be all the way there for awhile.
I will do this about 2-3 times per month.
