Here is a basic stack for protecting your kidneys while on cycle

• 80mg of Telmisartan (or some blood pressure medication to get your blood pressure in check) if blood pressure is high then there is a likelihood that you are damaging your kidneys
• 10mg of Empagaflozin or can use really any SGLT-2 Inhibitor Dapagaflozin is also a good one to use in this situation.
• 4g of Astragalus or 150-200mg of Astragaloside IV which is a more potent form of astragalus

Now there is alot of other kidney health supplements that you can use but really two of the best that you need to be using are SGLT-2 Inhibitors and Some sort of blood pressure medication.
