My Secret Joint Protocol (No BPC or TB-500)

Over the years I’ve experimented with a lot of joint support protocols, and I’ve recently landed on what might be one of my favorite long-term stacks that isn’t reliant on BPC-157 or TB-500.

This approach focuses on foundational joint health compounds that can theoretically be used in ongoing research protocols rather than short bursts.

1. MSM-Based Amino Blend – Modern Aminos

MSM-Based Amino Blend 20ml — code biohack

Per mL:

  • N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine – 150 mg

  • Chondroitin Sulfate – 40 mg

  • Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) – 40 mg

Why it’s interesting: These compounds are commonly researched for their role in joint tissue support, cartilage structure, and inflammation modulation in preclinical models.

2. Pentosan Polysulfate – Limitless Biochem

Why it’s interesting: Pentosan has gained traction in the research community for its potential to support cartilage repair and modulate joint inflammation pathways in animal studies.

My Personal Research Experience (Anecdotal)

I’ve been using 1 mL of MSM Amino Blend + 1 mL of Pentosan Polysulfate, on as many research days per week as possible.
The results have been nothing short of impressive — my joints and overall mobility have felt noticeably better during this period.

This is purely anecdotal and based on my personal experience in the research space, but it’s one of the most effective joint combinations I’ve tried so far.

Important Reminder

  • These compounds are for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

  • Not approved to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Always handle under proper research conditions and comply with all regulations.

Summary:

  • MSM Blend = foundational joint support base

  • Pentosan = additional cartilage & inflammation pathway support

  • Combined = a powerful long-term research stack for joint health exploration.
