When it comes to bioregulators, Pinealon has remained one of my absolute favorites. It offers a wide range of potential benefits and applications, making it a versatile tool in any cognitive or recovery-focused protocol.

Protocol Guidelines:

  • Dosage: I typically use 1mg per day, taken 45 minutes before bed.

  • Cycle Duration: Use for 4 to 6 weeks during times when mood support or cognitive resilience is needed.

  • Frequency: I run this protocol 2–3 times per year depending on how I’m feeling.

  • Higher Doses: I’ve experimented with 2–3mg per day, which can also be effective, but I generally prefer to stick with 1mg as my go-to.

  • Stacking: Pinealon stacks extremely well with other nootropics for enhanced cognitive and emotional support.
