Many people ask me how they can be more resilient during hard times. This is a great question and one that I want to answer carefully. First I would not recommend hopping on androgens just for this protocol so if you are someone who is not enhanced please do not use this protocol as a reason to hop on gear. Please also be aware that this protocol will be utilizing an SSRI. SSRIs are not perfect and do not work well for everyone yet I still find them to be beneficial for creating resilience.
Protocol
- Testosterone E: 300mg or so a weak (higher androgens): make sure with this you are keeping your estrogen levels in check.
- Fluvoxamine: start at 25mg and work your way up to 75-100mg (pre bed)
- Ashwagandha (KSM-66): 600mg
- 30mg CBD sublingual
- Selank 200mcg 3 times per day
