Which aproach would you consider healthier in the long term? Doing full cycles and cruising at a trt dosage (<250mg), or cruising forever at moderate dosages (300-500mg)?

It is healthier to go on safe blast for a while and build muscle then cruise and keep moving from a blast to a health phase until u hv the physic that u like to keep then you gonna be surprised how u can keep that on a very low strategic trt dose that isn’t even up to 250 test a week but you hv to live the lifestyle as much as you can to keep it for sure with the aid of peptides everything is becoming easier and healthier than before
