Many people ask me how to properly supercharge their naps. Now this an interesting question as there is really a few ways to look at this. The origins of this protocol arise from me working with CEOs who wanted to get more time in the day with using things like Biphasic sleep. So my goal was to really deepen the sleep they got during their naps allowing them to sleep faster. Now this protocol is very novel and is not backed by any data per say and just my personal experience.
Here is how I set it up. (Typically I keep the nap to 90-120 minutes)
- Block out all light in room
- Tape Nose and Mouth
- Box Breath Before Nap
Supplements
- 200mcg Huperzine A for increased rem sleep
- One spray of the dream catcher spray from amino asylum (contains delta sleep inducing peptide, Melatonin, and GABA)
- 2 Sprays of Selank (nasally) I get mine from Amino Asylum also.
- CBD Pen (more effective then the oral) I will take a puffs of this in conjunction with my box breathing protocol.
- 200mg Magnesium Bisglycinate
- 1g Glycine
The goal with these supplements is that they allow me to get relaxed and promote deeper sleep but they do not last so long that they make me groggy. Upon waking it is very important to use the proper supplements as well.
Upon Waking
- Topical SR-9009
- 20 minute walk in sunlight
- 20mg Noopept sublingual
- 1ml of the motivator from Modern Aminos
